Looking for Good DSLR

Hey there,
So I planned to buy a new camera. Which would be DSLR probably. My requirements are simple.
(1) Shoots 1080p 60fps
(2) Auto Image Stabilization
(3) Tilt LCD
(4) Under 1000$
(5) Work great at night
(6) Canon or Nikon

So what to do think ? I am looking forward for your suggestions. If there is no DSLR with Image stabilization you can add it too.

What you need isn't a DSLR, you need a cheap camcorder like the Canon H60.


If you absolutely want ( to waste money, time, and effort on) a DSLR, Rebel T6i with a 18-55IS kit lens.
