Thats the performance you can expect from that graphics card.
Not sure if a dual core cpu will be enough for cpu heavy games (most likely not).

I had a dual core for a while in my laptop (i5-2340m) and after upgrading to a quad core there was a rather important improvement in minimal framerates in about 30% of the games I play. I also managed to stream games ok. With a dual core it was almost impossible.

Thanks for the advice. The laptop isn't going to be used for heavy gaming i.e BF1, GTAV etc, but more casual gaming (DOTA,AOE & CS:GO)
