Looking for software to take video from program and make virtual webcam

I'm trying to find software that will take the video and audio from a specific program and output the video and audio to a virtual webcam. The cost doesn't matter too much as long as it won't be super expensive.

Thanks kenrivers. Manycam worked great in any webcam software I it in, but the video wouldn't show up in the video mixer software I'm using--Wirecast. This is off the forum subject, but any ideas or fixes as to why it won't show the video only on Wirecast?
