Need technical support my mxq TV streaming box will not come on only comes on with remote will not come on something is wrong what can I do it is a Kit Kat Android TV box 4.4

The Box only comes on with remote but will not come on it is locked out where it will not come on at all I have Kodi installed on the box also but it is dead it will not come on I've even tried unplugging it and plugging it back up there is no button on the box just comes on with remote but will not come on change the batteries did everything what can I do
