Solved! Mac Book Pro Overheats

My Mac Pro overheats while I’m charging it or after video conferences. Could a case also contribute to this overheating as well? It’s brand new. Literally 2018 model. Bought in November 2018.

try this in terminal when its over heating
sudo /System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/Resources/kickstart -deactivate -configure -access -off

If the fans slow down you were under attack

Avoid Using Laptop while charging. It often results in heating problem.
