Major Keyboard Issues

I have an Acer Aspire V-3 my daughter did something to it so now the keyboard isn't working. I got the mouse to function again, the space bar, and caps lock are working but I can't type any letters. I have no idea what to do.

probably spilled something on the keyboard. it's probably shot. it happens literally ALL THE TIME. just hook up a USB keyboard and ur working again. or get it serviced. it shouldn't be like $100 to $200 max.

ps. If I knew ya, things that i've taken instead of charging for the service have been baked goods, a day out shooting ur guns, fishing on ur boat, a video game, etc. lol

It is saying "hidden" when I try typing a letter. I know she didn't spill anything on it. She pressed some keys. The mouse pad wasn't functioning, but I managed to get that back.
