This has been happening for decades with thousands of different picture taking media.

Just because a guy with an apple product got caught using it for such purposes does not make this news. Time for you people to read some real news where they have been reporting this and other things for years.

Wow, this is dumb. It's not Apple's fault they put a camera in there. There are lots of other devices that can record video. My iPhone can, I guess they should ban that too.

Apple could have just added more memory, but nope, they had to just add a camera no one wanted. I guess they did open up their market to sick perverts. Steve Jobs must be very happy with himself.

He should've used his money to get a nice suit and find a girl friend instead of buying an Apple product. Well, at least it didn't explode...

You know, I have NEVER understood people who do this. You get a blurry picture of some girl's underware... OOOoohhhhh!!! I've seen a lot of beautiful women wearing low-cut tops, or ones that are split all the way down to their navel, that I find FAR more provocative. And, it would be perfectly legal to take their picture.

Need something more? The internet is full of porn! Anything and everthing you could want is just a mouse-click away (well, a few mouse clicks). Oh well, go figure.

It's not the camera that's the problem...
The miniskirts are.
If women don't want someone (or something) peeking under their miniskirts, don't wear them I'd say...

I'm an advocate for mini camera's! They function well as home security camera's, and in case something happens (say an accident is about to take place), you can quickly pull the cam out of any pocket; record, and put it back.

I think cams shouldn't be limited to large devices.
Devices the size of a zippo lighter recording in HD are awesome to look at!

The fault lies not with the cam, or cam makers. It lies with the yielder, and perhaps the target.. There are many women wearing miniskirts going without undies... Of course that's going to attract the men! If you don't want to be associated with a hooker or one of those women, then just don't wear them!

Jeezes! Is almost like the Jerry Springer show where people come in miniskirts and deep decolletage's,and ofcourse as soon as they start fighting, things show...

I'd say to those girls: Use your brains a little shall you?

I find it funny that the linked source uses the F-word in the domain name. I'm not going to test my work's filters on that one.

Needless to say, cameras on electronics have always been a privacy issue. Most gyms already ban cellphones, and as pointed out in the article, are now starting to ban the iPod nano. So much for listening to music while you work-out. Good thinking on that one Apple!
