Hello,

MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ-841S on my Toshiba Laptop is not working. I am getting this message : D:\ is not accessible. The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

I am running Windows XP Media Center Edition with SP 3 installed.

Try updating the driver and see if that turns things around.
