maximize laptop performance

my laptop is a TOSHIBA Satellite C55Dt-A, socket bga/ft3. I found the motherboard type using Everest ultimate edition. I wanted to upgrade it but not sure what the capacity of this motherboard is. Is there a resource or program out there that can show the limits of the motherboard so I can choose the right processor/ram to max it out?
My task manager says this processor is 1ghz maximum speed. It's an AMD E1.

The CPU will be soldered in. All you can do is upgrade the ram.

HWInfo will tell you what ram is in it. Then you can work out what you can put in it.
