memory overflow error

When i try to boot xp professional from my laptop i get cdboot.....memory over flow error. what should i do.. i have pentium 3 with with 512 ram....legit copy of windows professional im just lost now...i fixed the cd reading error as well if you have read my previous post

Maybe the cd is dirty or scratched and your cd-rom is having problems reading the disc.Or perhaps the cd-rom's laser is dirty and needs to be cleaned.
