Hey, guys.

This issue only started here recently, but my microphone has a very annoying buzzing/humming background sound whenever my laptop is charging. Im wondering how this can be fixed, as it's really annoying on skype and ingame.

I am using a Toshiba Satellite L50-B-2FN.

Hello... Good Tests and information... B /
1) Any other/kind of Charger makes Noise too? is this correct? this would point to shielding problem some where else... B /
2) This would point to a External shielding problem too... B /
3) I agree with your friend at this point... A LOW Cost and "Simple test" here would be Get another Power Supply cable to your "Grounded" Wall outlet.... AND check that your OUTLET IS "Grounded" B O
4) Try your's friends and mine suggestion... and check to make sure your wall Outlet is grounded and Try another cable to you power Supply.. ok? B )
Hello... Typically that means the Audio shielding has been 60HZ Damaged? B / the cable needs to be repaired or replaced? B /
Do other Headphone's do the same thing? BAD Sound TOO?... It could be your PS getting Noisy? B /

Which cable do you mean, the charger cable?
I have tried with different headsets, and they both have buzzing sound on them when charger is on, and nothing when it's off.
What do you mean by PS?

So after a little time, I have found out the following things:

#1: The buzzing sound only comes, when the charger is on. Changing chargers doesn't help.
#2: The internal microphone doesnt have the buzzing background noice. Even while the charger is on, the internal microphone still works fine.
#3: A friend suggests it's because my charger/computer isn't "grounded", and therefor the computer creates static noise from eletricity.
#4: I tried changing microphones, and the result is the same, even with different charger.
