Hi,I bought microsoft designes bluetooth mouse recently for my laptop lenovo x250 (win 8). Note: this mouse dont have receiver itself. So i installed a new bluetooth device and the mouse started to work just fine. Day after when i started my computer, the mouse didnt response. I tried everything, even the start up as it was in the manual but the mouse didnt work. So the only solution was to re-install it and then it worked. So everytime i boot my computer, designer mouse stops working. So what am i missing here? Do i have wrong settings? Any ideas? =)

Hi,

Please do check if there's anything related to Bluetooth on your startup items because if there is make sure that it's enabled. Go to Task Manager then click on Startup tab and that's where you should see all your startup items. Reboot your PC and test the mouse again. If that doesn't work please do uninstall the Bluetooth driver again but this time download and install the driver from Lenovo support site.
