Microsoft Outlook Junk e-mail

Hi, does anyone know how to copy all junk e-mail addresses that are in Microsoft Outlook XP? The thing is that I have like 300 e-mail addresses blocked, but I suppose there is a simpler way to copy the whole lot through, for example, a list in the Windows registry instead of copying them one by one to the filter in my Web mail, which is from were I intend to stop these e-mails.

I only know that I know nothing...
