Missing power button on Nokia Lumia 710.

My friend gave me his old phone now that he has a new one, but the power switch is broken on it. I opened the phone to see if it was something simple. It was not. The entire switch that connects to the motherboard has broken off. I thought about soldering it back on, but unfortunately the skills necessary are ones I do not possess. Is there any way I can fix this without spending more than about $10.00?

Best of luck. Find a local mom m pop cphone repair co.? Personally you can buy a new 521 for 69.95 from MS. It's worth saving your pennies for.
