I paused it with my dvr and it turned off and now I cant get it back on, when I try to turn it on the light comes on for a second then it clicks and never comes on. Can you help.

The high voltage trippler in the power supply has failed, and that is a high failure rate part.
I do not recommend you try to replace it yourself, because that is very dangerous.
