Mitsubishi WS-55311 code 23

My mitsubishi WS-55311 won't turn on. You push the power button and the green light will go on for about a second. I can hear a relay click and then nothing. I found out I have a code 23 Horizontal Deflection failure. Does anyone know what to replace or how to troubleshoot?

what sucks the most you search websites all day eager to fix your tv and this site is supposed to help you but when come to the nitty gritty. the answer are given to people in an email. i guess there is only some people that our priveledged to get answers. I guess i will break out my sledge hammer!!!
