Monitoring web usage for IP address remotely, Help?

Hello,Im looking for a way to monitor employees web surfing usage and how much bandwidth is being used for each IP Address.

We using a zxyel Router and our bandwidth is being chewed up and suspect its being used on web surfing activity, the email usage is high as well.

Is there a way to monitor who is using what and from the router?

The router will have logs you can turn on. Do you have a PC usage policy setup at work? If not, I suggest you come up with one and make sure the employess read and sign it before you start monitoring them.

If you need something more robust you can setup a proxy server that filters and monitors all network traffic.
