Hi,

I have a asus x75 laptop (intel i3, integrated graphics etc) When powering on the laptop i get a blank white screen (sometimes more grey ish) and it wont boot

I have opened it up and checked the connections on the mobo, those are ok.
the cpu gets warm and fan starts spinning, when pressing ctrl+alt+del it resets the cpu
I also measured 3.3V on some of the test pads.
It has a a hannstar j mv-4 94v-0 motherboard.

Anyone have an idea on what might be the problem?
(It's a fiend's laptop, she already got a new/faster one but i like to find out what the problem is) can't find much on google about the x75a

Yes, already did that, I took apart the whole thing to measure voltages etc, its some ic or other component somewhere or bad connection or so i just would like to know if anyone with experience in fixing/checking motherboards can help me out. I personally do not think that the cpu is bad, sinc eit gets warm/hot with time.
