Hello everyone!

I currently own an MSI GE60 0ND

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7-3630QM
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX660M
RAM: 8GB @1600MHz
HDD: HGST 1TB 7200RPM
Keyboard: SteelSeries 103 keys
Touchpad driver: Elantech

It was working well in the past but I just recently noticed that I can't use the touchpad and the keyboard at the same time (e.g. Hold W and move the cursor). This has never happened. I searched around and found other people having the same problem solved just by turning off the Palm Detection feature. However, I have found no such option in my Elantech driver. If you need any more information, just ask me! Please, help me!

Thanks in advance!

Contact MSI support and see what they say. It should work that way just fine, only time I've seen issues is with multiple key presses at same time.

Sorry for the late respond! I can call MSI but I'd rather not for various reasons. I'm am fairly certain it is just a software issue as this has only happened since that time when I re-installed Windows and all of the drivers (including Elantech touchpad's). Are there any solutions?

Edit: Found the solution! I just installed an older version of the driver and it works a treat!
Thank you, anyway!
