i am trying to get a pc and ps4 chat and audio to one call of duty ghosts shadows headset without upluging from pc to ps4 and otherthing

Only way I can think of without getting some advanced hardware would be to run a cable from your PS4 controller to the mic input on your PC and then plug headphones into your PC. You can have the PS4 audio play through to your headphones by following this guide (http/smallbusiness.chron.com/hear-microphone-through-computer-speakers-56535.html). The only downside is you won't be able to participate in any PS4 chat, you will only be able to listen.

i want to switch from like pc game and chat and just click a button to switch to ps4 game and chat with out unpluging anything

I don't believe you can. You would need a mixer to do that. If you wish to close the thread, I believe you would effectively just choose a best answer.
