Hello,
i am starting from scratch and would like to buy off the shelf pc just to play music, looking at using jukebox software and a touch screen, any ideas ??? im not very techeeeee

PC is a good way to store and play music. Do not download any free "jukebox" programs or software, do not download any free software of any kind, unless you want an infected computer.
