I BOUGHT A LAPTOP WITH THE SPECIFICATION ABOVE AT BEST BUY IN LAUREL MARYLAND WASHINGTON DC DURING A SHORT VISIT OUT THERE. I AM BACK HOME IN AFRICA-CAMEROON AND I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS IT BECAUSE IT REQUESTS A PASSWORD WHICH I WAS NOT GIVEN AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE SO WHAT CAN I DO?

secondary ive never heard of passwords setting up themselves, ask your family members..maybe they were tinkering with the laptop and they set the password.
we dont offer any help with resetting passwords as we cant prove if its yours or you stole the device
