my alacatel onetouch phone won't turn on it freezes when I press power on and it comes up with a white screen how do I make it

Everytime I attempt to turn on my alacatel s'pop phone it it comes up with a white screen saying 'alacatel one touch' but then freezes I've tried everything e.g taking the battery out but nothings working any ideas on how to make it work
