My Asus 360 laptop will not go on, the led light above airplane is blinking. It went on briefly then power went out. It has internal battery so I disconnected it, pressed the power button for 20 seconds, then connected battery and when I tried to turn it on it still didn’t work. Battery light is orange and I’ve had it plugged in. Do you think it needs a new battery? Thank you
