My Blue Yeti is not picking up any sound

My Blue Yeti has been working fine till a new windows update yesterday and now it wont pick up anything ive tried uninstalling all drives in device manager unplugging and plugging back into different jacks on the computer and in sounds in windows it says its good to use and has green check mark,

When I listen to this device it can pick up sounds but not when i want to use it seperate from my headphones

I can also hear myself while plugging straight to the yeti

If you're using Windows 10, search for "microphone privacy settings" which will return "Allow access to the microphone on this device".
Turn on "Allow apps to access your microphone".

Already tried this, but I found a way to fix this in end by doing something else idk what.
