If you pull up the convergence menu, it probably will be grayed-out. The convergence circuit isn't running because, on the deflection board, the middle of the three orange fuses in front of the transformer is blown. The fuse is blown because you need that board refurbished - most likely the transformer is going out.

Number one issue that hits that model big screen. A local shop should be able to remove the board and have it sent out to good rebuilder like Moduslink-PTS. You'll be into the set about $300 US if you want it fixed.
