My computer is new and cant run 11 year old game also i need some opinions

I bought a laptop from bestbuy for $762.00 with a 3 year warranty. It's an asus x555la comes with windows 8.1 8gb dual channel ram 1600mhz 1 tb 5400 harddrive i5 4210u processor and has a screen resolution of 1366x768 it looked like a very nice laptop its only 1 inch thick when closed its slim and has a nice design .....i quickly bought it with out looking at the specs and graphics card ...anyways it has intel graphics family graphics with only 32 dedicated memory with up to 2gb shared memory ..i tried running an old game from 11 years ago called wolfenstein et and it could run it but was choppy and laggy and the computer tempatures were all over 50c ....and the computer was so loud i thought it was gonna explode .....im very disapointed in this computer thats 2014 and cant run a game from 2003 anytips of what i should do? or if not how much do you think i should sell it for from the 762.00 i paid with the tree year warannty

Well, that's less than 30 days, so they may be willing to exchange it.

How long ago did you buy it? You may be able to exchange it for a laptop better suited to gaming.
