My flat screen television CRA will not go back to my cable no remote only option s I get are pic and sound

Can't get my tv to switch back to cable no remote only option for it are pic and sounds .

Sometimes you can navigate via the menu, or input buttons on a tv.

Just buy a generic all in one remote for about 10 bucks and you'll be good to go.
