WHEN I PUSH POWER BUTTON ON MY HP PAVILLION DVI 6-700 WINDOWS 7 VISTA ALL ROW OF TOP LIGHTS ON ,CUTS OFF WHEN RELEASE BUTTON.WHEN PLUGGED IN TO CHARGE ONLY 1 BLUE LIGHT IN # 2 SPOT SHOWS.IS IT THE CPU BATTERY?
