My ipod nano 6 gen problems

When i click on pictures it resets my whole ipod and im confused..

Maybe reinstall iTunes on the nano -- you should be able to save your music files that are on the computer though you'll have to reload them onto your nano. I don't know what happens if you've downloaded them from the iTunes store, hopefully they exist on your computer too.


If no joy go and complain to Apple -- and if it's out of warranty -- rejoice at the 10% discount they offer on a replacement nano. Then go and buy a Sony.
