My keyboard (laptop) is crazy.

Hello. My laptop is writing zeros without me clicking on that key. The left shift key doesn't work with the 9 and the right one with the L. Sometimes they work alright but generally is a mess. I ran many antivirus programs but there is nothing. I'd appreciate any help.

Did you spill anything on it? Did you drop it? Did you sit on it? Sounds like you need a new keyboard.
