My keyboard types wrong letter

Hi, i have just replaced my windows XP with windows 7
When i want to type my email address, i couldn't type @ (Shift+2) because it shows the sign of "
For the same thing, if i wan to type " i have to press shift+2 (where it should be @)
Example: abc@mail.com (normal keyboard)
abc"mail.com (my keyboard)

Is there any solution can fix this problem without having a new keyboard?

Shift+ 2 is normally " on a keyboard. Shift + ' is @.
Do you know what layout your keyboard is for?
