my netbook acer stays with a black screen and windowns xp showing like is loading...?? can u help me...

Please help with my acer netbook aspire one it only shows a black screen showing windows xp like its was loading.

Is your computer able to boot to Safe Mode? To boot to Safe Mode, hold the F8 key shortly after you power on the computer(within 1-2 seconds) then select Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking. If that works try running an AV Scan and a Chkdsk.
