My RCA tablet is one day old got it brand new yesterday shut off when I opened a app not it wont turn on

Help! I got my RCA tablet yesterday for my graduation gift from my parents. While useing it when it was charged completely I downloaded an app for a game, then the second I opened the app it shut down! Now it won't turn back on again or even charge. I don't know what to do. Someone please help. Thank you.

Contact the company and ask for support or return it as defective to where it was bought and get a replacement.
