My tablet won't come completely on. The screen is a dull gray, just enough to see it's on in a dark room. but nothing else come up on the screen. I play games on my tablet, and facebook, that's all.

Sounds like the tablet either has a loose connection or the display is going. Either will require work on the device. If it is under warranty, I would contact the manufacturer.
