If it is that new, it should still be under warranty. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer about a repair or replacement. Just make sure you save all your stuff from it to say a google account or a computer. Files, photos, videos, contacts, etc. (except apps, can't save those). and clear anything you don't want seen by anyone or anyone having, off of the tablet before you send it in to them (if they say you need to).
