my samsung galaxy prime plus continues to say save social network content to sd card to free up internal storage when i insert my sd card and everytime i unlock my phone it gives the same message,when i try to move the content the phone crashes

I am not sure what you are saying here. You stated that your data from a specific app is being saved to the SD card, and that you are getting a message and the phone crashes when you try to move content.

OK, So if your content is saving to the card to save phone space, why would you be trying to move content?

Also, what is the exact message (I assuming it is an error message) you are getting?
