My Samsung Smart TV is only showing 'wired' as setting option

Please help. After successful use my Samsung TV is only showing option of wired when trying to connect to internet (and failing). My wifi is fine but under settings there are no wireless options all of a sudden.

A lot of samsung smart TVs don't actually have wireless built in.
They require the use of a proprietary Samsung USB wireless adapter.

Try accessing the network setup via "Setup" rather than going into the networking menu. It will take you into something that looks like "first time TV setup" and will default to looking for wireless networks if no ethernet is connected.
