TV worked perfect for 4 yrs, now suddenly it says that it is connected to the router, but cannot connect to the internet! Changed the cable, but no difference!
Thanks, tried all that and still made no difference. Ended up being an update that Bell was performing. Ended up losing the Bell programming box, then the phone (which all these included in package), then the wifi! Slowly, one by one, they all came back on. Anyway, thanks for trying to help.
Do you have access to the internet with this router and a cable with another device?
Did you try another port of this router?
unplug power cord from the TV, press the power button on it till the power light gets off, replug the power and try again
if this won´t help, update your TV´s firmware
download the file from samsung and copy it to an usb flash drive
insert the USB into the TV and start the update in the sytem menu
