Hi,
I have had my laptop for 3-4 yrs. It runs windows 7 quite happily and it works perfectly. When I bought my computer it stated that it was wireless meaning I didn't have to connect an ethernet cable. For about 7-8 months it has been playing up and will not let me connect to the internet wirelessly without using an ethernet cable. This a real let down because I always use my laptop on the go so I need help fast.I have tried resetting the router, that hasn't helped.Restarted my laptop and installed updates.

Specifictations:

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium(32 bit system)
Manufacturer: Samsung
Model:NP-R530-JA01UK
Processor: Intel Pentium Dual Core
RAM: 4.00GB
Network Adapter: Marvel Yukon 88E8040 Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller

In Device Manager, under "Network Adapters", is the wireless adapter listed as well as the Marvel Yukon ethernet controller?

Are there any "unknown devices" shown (yellow question-mark icon) in Device Manager or any other error icons?
