NavSmart Browser HiJacking Tool

My mom tried to install "Microsoft Word" but ended up by installing some malware tools. I removed all the malware but the NavSmart site keeps being my startup page and I don't know how to remove it. I tried resetting my browser, reinstalling Chrome, scanning on 4+ Antivirus softwares and none of them fixed my problem. There is an option of fully cleaning my pc, but I don't want to do that because I have games that I don't want to use up internet data to install again (I have 125gb Data from Bell).

Is there anyway to remove this site from being my startup page for Chrome? Thanks.

THANK YOU!! This is the first Antivirus software that actually looks into the browser that I've tried.

zemana has extra cleaning power if you go into advanced settings and enable "detect all browser extensions", but be careful, because it will delete ALL extensions, unless you untick them from the list after the scan.
