need a cheap laptop/netbook

i need a cheap laptop/netbook to use for installing cfw on my psp and downloading iso files and watching a few youtube videos and thats it. i have a pc for gaming but u want something cheap/portable i was thinking this: http/www.amazon.com/ASUS-1015E-DS03-10-1-Inch-Laptop-Black/dp/B00COQK8QY/ref=psdc1_t3_B00B7JO9YG_B00COQK8QY . can a Intel Celeron 847 1.1 GHz and 2 GB DDR3 ram enough for what i want ? will it watch youtube videos (maybe hd ? )

That is way too underpowered.. There are netbook-esque form factor laptops that have regular CPUs in them (make sure it is an i5 or better so it has turboboost), and buying used is cheaper

a few videos online say and show thats a great laptop that fits perfectly into what i want it for ? http/www.youtube.com/watch?v=9cTX1ztaEZ8 i dont need windows 8, uduntu works fine for me ?
