Need advice, laptop wont turn on.

So I cleverly spilled a bit of drink over the keyboard of my laptop. I instantly unplugged everything and attempted to turn it off but while i was doing this i heard some unhealthy beeps.

After a few days I went to turn it on and the fan started whirring louder than usual but nothing else happens. The screen stays black with no sound or reaction to key inputs.

Anyone have any advice on what i could do?

Laptop model is acer aspire f15 f5 571 320G
