Need dvd player w/very specific attributes

Having trouble finding new dvd model on market for Sony Bravia HDTV (thru amazon etc, anything at all, retail etc) for good quality dvd player with (1) HDMI port on back of DVD player (2) progressive scan (3) upscaling, absolutely HAS to have HDMI port, price has to be under $80.

Dont waste your time and money on a DVD player. Bluray can play DVD so dont limit yourself. This bluray player is a smart device with 300+ streaming channel access like netflix and more.
