Need help choosing GPS unit and Flash for Nikon D3100

I am curious if you can mount both a GPS unit and flash simultaneously to a Nikon D3100. I would also like some input on what units I should buy. Currently I am looking at a Yongnuo YN 560 III flash unit and I am still not sure what GPS unit I should buy. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Also note, obviously based on my post, I am an amateur photographer.
