Hello mate,
Here are the steps you need to do before plugin the card from one phone to another.
1) Get your information from this SD card to laptop/computer for save.
2) Format the card and plug it into Motorola
3) connect it and put the information back into the SD card.
p.s. if you dont have any information into SD card.. just format it and plug it into motorola.
Remember that every phone or android device makes his own folders into SD card and they are a bit different one from another.
