Need help on TCL LED TV problem

Hi, I have a 32inch TCL LED (LED32S4700) that will power on only until it dislays the TCL start up logo image. It will just remain at this stage. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

You can try to perform a power reset on the TV by doing the following:
Unplug the cable of the TV for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Then the TV will lit up check if the TV is still stuck on logo when it turns on.

I have the same problem with tcl 32' smart TV,Hallo iam Kevin, I bought my tcl 32' TV , model 32D2910AS on February 2018, no history of faulty.
Suddenly , it stopped booting up, has in when you switch on, it keeps displaying tcl logo without proceeding to show up channels.
Please help ,I am in Mombasa
