Need help please

I have a Asus laptop x550c notebook and I'm stuck on the aptio setup utility and I tried everything and did everything the Google said and YouTube and everything else and nothing I did worked it came up in the black screen saying reboot system oh whatever I did everything I can and nothing is working I need help I don't know what else to do I can't get the laptop back

What exactly have you tried? Full clean Windows setup? Try replacing any hardware? If you did, what hardware? It's hard to say what you can try when you say you tried everything already. That leaves nothing else to do except get a new laptop.

Maybe an incorrect setting in BIOS is preventing the laptop from booting Windows. Otherwise it's probably dropping you in the setup utility because either Windows needs repaired or reinstalled, or because the hard drive needs to be replaced.
