Need help to do with laptops fans

Okay so I have an old Acer Aspire 5535 spare, would the fan from that laptop work with the Toshiba Sattelite C660 1J2 I have? They both look identical, the reason I want to change is because the Toshiba fan is so loud I can hear it from 20 feet away easily, I have cleaned the laptop out several times yet I'm still not sure what could be causing the problem..
