need pc build advice

hey I am interested in building a pc and wanted to get some suggestions on a build if you could list parts and a case for me I'd appreciate it! I know for sure im geting 3080 and i9 9900k i also like rbg alot and all white for case but not sure on the rest like what is the best motherboard ram ssd ects.. atm my budget is 3000
